Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension of digital access or, in extreme cases, the termination of non-emergency medical services.

Portal Responsibility
Access to the Supreme HMS digital ecosystem requires the creation of a secure patient account. You are solely responsible for:
Credential Security
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
Data Accuracy
Ensuring all clinical history, contact data, and insurance information provided is accurate and current.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the portal to transmit harmful code, scrape data, or impersonate medical personnel.
Billing & Payments
Supreme HMS operates on a transparent billing model supported by smart payment systems.
- Service Charges: All consultation fees, procedure costs, and pharmacy charges are generated in real-time within the portal.
- M-Pesa Integration: Payments can be settled instantly via the STK Push feature in the Patient Portal.
- Insurance: It is the patient's responsibility to verify that their specific plan covers the intended clinical procedure.
Appointments & Cancellations
Our specialists' time is allocated via a high-efficiency AI engine. To maintain operational throughput:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or "No-Shows" may incur a processing fee equivalent to the standard consultation charge.
Limitation of Liability
Supreme HMS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its digital platforms, provided that we have maintained the security standards outlined in our Privacy Protocol.
These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kiambu County.
